#WLW Weight Loss Wednesday, Week 9
Since my last #WLW post, I have gained some newly founded drive for loosing weight. In 10 months I’ll be jetting off for my first holiday in the sun in EIGHT years. The first holiday where a mandatory piece of luggage is a swim suit. To say I’m dreading it is an understatement. But through this dread it’s giving me the rocket up my backside that I sorely needed to really knuckle down and focus. I know I can do it, I’ve done it before, twice in fact. However, I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again, snacking really is my downfall, especially when I’m on my own at night! But last night I chopped up cucumber, carrots and peppers so if I feel the need to snack, they’re there. Plus I am going to try and keep myself as busy as humanly possible! 
Anyway, the numbers bit. I am so pleased I have had a decent loss! I have been really working hard to keep below the 1200 calories on MyFitnessPal (find me at ohhello_red) and do some exercise. I was worried after having cake & cheesecake at the weekend but working extra hard since has definitely showed and I feel so good about it!
Starting Weight – 9st 10lbs
Today’s Weight – 9st 10lbs
Gained/Loss – LOSS -3lbs
Total Loss = 3lbs
Yes! I lost 3lbs! I am so happy and this will definitely spur me on despite my continuous moans of being hungry! This definitely proves if I put my mind to things I can really do it. This weekend I’m off to Bee‘s again for our Lincs Blog Meet, but last weekend we seemed to simply spur each other on even though it had been a Murder Mystery. We’re eating at Ask Italian so I currently have the menu open so I know in advance what I’m going to order. Will my positive attitude continue through the next two weeks? I bloody hope so!
