There are always those stores that you know if you could afford it you’d have your whole wardrobe filled with their pieces, for me Joules is one of these. Not just for myself, but they do the cutest bits for children too. I have to put my hands up and be honest here, I do often dress myself and Little Miss similar. Not matching outfits, but maybe similar patterns, or some days we both wear our wellies and rain coats. We both have tulle skirts and breton stripes and polka dots.. and days I wear mine, I usually pick out something similar for Little Miss. For example, Saturday past saw us both in checkered patterns. Often this is deliberate but sometimes I even do it without thinking. Anyway, I digress, Joules is one of these places I could buy out whole outfits that would have us matching, so today I’m showing you my current favourites.
Firstly for myself, one of my staples in fashion is a peter pan collar, like the above tunic. The colour is gorgeous and I love the style. That with this super cute mustard cardigan from the knitwear section. I love mustard and navy, the two go together so well. Whenever I’m wearing a cardigan, I like to have a brooch on, I think it reminds me of my grandmother. So to complete the look, this amazing detailed bee brooch from the accessory section. Finally, Joules has the most gorgeous range of womens wellies make it onto my wishlist every Autumn but I still haven’t gotten around to buying them yet. The breton striped calf length ones are my all time favouries.
Now for Little Miss, if I’m honest, I could buy everything on the Joules website for her. The colours and patterns, everything is just beautiful! I’ve picked out this beautiful dress, mainly because the cut is just what I go for and the bow around the waist is gorgeous. More for every day wear, I love this matching poncho and girls wellies combo. One of Little Miss’ nick name is “Little Mouse” so I buy a lot of mouse patterned clothes and toys, so I am in love with these socks for her. Finally, come September Little Miss going to be having lunch at nursery, I adore this little roll up floral lunch bag. The pattern is so cute.
I could definitely blow a hell of a lot of cash in Joules for both Little Miss and I, the clothes currently in stock are perfect for all seasons, which is great when you’re looking for something that would be perfect for transitional wear.
Do you have anything from Joules? Are there any shops you could really blow a good amount of money?
