Christmas Ideas for Female Friends*

ALL LINKS HAVE BEEN REMOVED AS ITEMS NO LONGER FOR SALE.

Tonight I have another Christmas gift guide to share with you all, this time it’s gift ideas for friends. I have four friends and a secret santa to buy for this year, all of these friends are totally different to buy for so this gift guide is inspired by some ideas I had for them. Once again this guide is divided into three price ranges, over £50, £50 – £20 and under £20.
Once again starting with the most expensive gifts. I have to be honest and say that although I occassional go over the £50 mark with Bee, I’ve never gone over the £100 mark with any of my friends. As much as I love them I also know that none of us have that kind of money.. but I do know some people do, and I also know friends often club together to buy another friend something that would otherwise be out of their price range. This is what Kariss and I did for Jess last year. But just in case you are feeling flush; This Omega watch from Market Cross Jewellers is beautiful, right? I would love to be able to splash out on something like this should I ever win the lottery. Or if your friend is a fan of the books, you could get this unique looking book back that comes in a few different covers, my favourite is Tales of Narnia (RRP £60) from The Literary Gift Company. I have to admit, these Rose Gold GHD Straightners (RRP £124.99) are probably my favourite colour they’ve ever released. Finally, my favourite gift over £50 for your friends has to be this beautiful Cedar Street Lacey Kate Spade Wallet (RRP £145) from Selfridges, it’s definitely something they would treasure forever.
Now my middle range gift ideas. This is the amount I usually spend on all my friends, as I mentioned before I’m not buying for many people so I feel like I can splash out. I don’t know about you, but I have one best friend who is more like my sister Bee (I’m sure I’ve written all about how she’s been like my big sister the last ten years) so Frozen is special to us that way. We both love the Jim Shaw Disney Traditions and were super excited to see they released an Anna & Elsa “Sisters Forever” ornament (RRP £49.99)  which you can get in H Samuel. I wish I hadn’t bought the majority of her present before this was released in the UK because otherwise this is what she would have got! It is a gorgeous idea though, like all Disney Traditions. High end makeup is always a great idea for your nearest and dearest (if they’re into that of course). I love this years Christmas release from MAC, especially this Keepsake Smokey Eye Compact (RRP £32.00), that and the NARS Digital Lip Pencil Coffret (RRP £32) from Space NK would make perfect Christmas gifts. Finally, I think leather bound books are probably one of the most beautiful gifts you can give. I found this Fairytales from Around the World copy on Amazon recently and added it straight to my gift ideas list.
Although I’m not someone who often buys clothes for my friends because I don’t know what size to buy if i’m honest, I just have to share “Ellador” t-shirts with you which are available on Teepublic. There is a lot of Disney cross overs especially with Mean Girls which I know all my friends would love. They’re usually $20 but Teepublic often has them all on offer for $14 and the shipping is reasonable too! My favourite atm is this “She doesn’t even go here!” Mean Girls/Disney Princess cross over with Anya from Anastasia (a non Disney movie). If Teepublic have a Black Friday sale tomorrow I may need to get it! If you read Kariss’ blog you’ll know she’s a big fan of the funky head pieces so a great idea for anyone like her is something from Crown & Glory. For Christmas this year they have a Christmas Cracker Mystery Gift Pack for £10 but has a retail value of £20. A really lovely gift and it saves you on wrapping! Another cute idea is one of the novelty clutches that New Look is selling at the moment, the wee Gingerbread Man clutch picture above is my favourite and only costs £12.99. Finally The Body Shop has a fab range of Glazed Apple goodies this Christmas, the best value of which is the tin gift set!

I really hope this gift guide has given you some inspiration! What are you planning on getting your besties?

This is a collaborative post.
