In my opinion there is nothing better than printed photos. Yes, there are so many ways to share your photos online so everyone can see, which is of course nice, but I still love decorating my home and gifting people hard copies. Especially around Christmas time. Last year LM had a Christmas photoshoot with a local studio, but this year I just didn’t have the money, so when I was offered the chance to have some of my photos printed by Cheerz, I jumped at the chance.

If you haven’t heard about Cheerz before, they’re a new photo printing app and website, that enables you to print your photos in a fun and creative way. The simple to use system allows you to use photos from your Instagram, Facebook or computer to create unique gifts such as photobooks, magnets, posters or just creative style prints. Which is exactly what I went for to include in my Christmas cards.

The product I chose is their Cheerz Box* RRP £12.95, which is a super cute box filled with retro style prints. My box contained the maximum 45 prints which was a perfect number for my Christmas cards. In fact the box itself would make a great gift if you filled it with memories for a specific person. I used my computer to upload my photos and the system couldn’t have been easier. Once I selected the product I wanted it guided you through step by step to get the most out of your photos. I did print the same photograph a few times, along with a few different ones for specific friends. Once selected you can customise and even add text, however I chose not to.

The prints took a little under a week to arrive and came in this very snazzy looking box, which again has led me to believe this would make a great gift in itself. As you can see my prints are of great quality and if I wasn’t using them for Christmas cards they would make a great collage on the wall as suggested in the heart image. I’m so tempted to order another set for my Nanny’s birthday next month. I’d also love to give the La Boite a Photos a go, it would look fantastic above my fireplace!

If you’re considering ordering from Cheerz yourself, I have a referral code for my readers that takes £4 off an £8 spend, which is a fantastic bargain in my opinion. Simply enter AMYWAW at the check out.

How do you feel about printed photos? Are you still a fan like me or simply use them for social media?
