How on earth is it Saturday? I’ve been so busy this week trying to get on top of my life, house and mental health I haven’t blogged as much as I wanted to. I have a list of posts I wanted to get done but I just haven’t managed it! I definitely had bloggers guilt due to not posting but I’m trying to pull some money together for our trips and that has meant eBaying then parcelling up which takes so much longer than it should. Oh well, hopefully I can get things sorted blog wise this weekend. On the plus side I feel so much happier with the content I am putting up since I decided to change my blog direction, and today we have another Disney blog post for you, 30 Disney Questions in 5 Minutes that I found on Cakey Dreamer’s blog! Are you ready?

1.) Favorite Character
I can’t choose one because they go hand in hand, Peter Pan and Wendy Darling. Funny how they’re now my daughter’s favourites too.

2.) Favorite Princess
It’s a three way tie, I can’t decide between them so Ariel, Anna and Rapunzel. I like to think I’m a happy medium of all three.

3.) Favorite Heroine
Merida. Technically a princess but I’m picking her as my heroine. I don’t know if it’s the whole Scottish heritage, the fact I love the story, her personality or the music. She’s also kick ass with a bow and arrow.

4.) Favorite Prince
Kristoff? Can I say him? I mean he’s not a prince but I guess he will be when he marries Anna. He’s my dream man, dorky but grounded enough to keep me from living in fantasyland all the time. If I need an actual prince, Prince Eric. He’s just dreamy.

5.) Favorite Hero
OH! I could have put Kristoff here! Yes, Kristoff my favourite hero and Prince Eric my favourite prince.

6.) Favorite Animal
Gus and Jaq, I’ve always been a sucker for mice and mice related things (possibly because I had gerbils). They’re just so cute and the only friends Cinderella has!

7.) Favorite Sidekick
Pascal. I just love his partnership with Rapunzel. Tinkerbell is a great sidekick too, although now she kind of stands out on her own.

8.) Favorite Villain
Lady T, Anastasia and Drizella. They’re not evil, just misunderstood. And lets face it we all want to marry into royalty haha. NO WAIT, KYLO REN! Star Wars is Disney now, right? I hate how much I love Kylo Ren, I have NEVER been on the Dark Side but there is just something to sexy about him.

9.) Favorite Original Character (Minnie, Mickey, Goofy, etc)
Daisy Duck. She’s so full of sass and puts up with Donald, which I imagine is quite like putting up with my dad. Hats off to her.

10.) Favorite Love Song
I See the Light from Tangled. Just that whole scene is so incredibly romantic. And I always cry. Always.

11.) Favorite Song
SO so hard! I have so many favourite Disney songs! If I have to pick one though I love Jonatha Brooke’s version of Second Star To The Right. It’s just beautiful. Growing up it was I Won’t Say I’m in Love from Hercules and I also love For The First Time in Forever from Frozen (I know, I know).

12.) Favorite Villain Song
Hell Fire from The Hunchback of Notre Dame. I finally found someone who appreciates Frollo as a deliciously evil villain. This song is just the worst but in the best way.

13.) Least Favorite Song
I don’t have one.. I mean there are ones I don’t want to listen to too much but I don’t have a least favourite one.

14.) Favorite Kiss
Rapunzel and Flynn. The way she pulls him to her is something I would totally do. It gives me goosebumps.

15.) The First Movie You Saw
I don’t know, but the first movie I saw at the cinema was Peter Pan and I’m sure that’s where my love of it came from that. It was re-realeased in 1993 so I was 5. I’m sure I saw other ones before that since my dad started collecting them on VHS for me from my first Christmas.

16.) Favorite Classic
Cinderella. It never used to be but since having LM we have watched it a lot as it’s one of her favourites and now I love it.

17.) Song that always gets stuck in your head
I think all Disney songs have the potential to get stuck in my head. Especially the ones from the Disney parks like Magic Everywhere from Disney Magic on Parade, Festival of Fantasy and the whole of Dream Along with Mickey.

18.) Favorite Pixar Film
Hard. So hard. I think The Incredibles though. WHY IS IT SO UNDERRATED?!

19.) Least Favorite Pixar Film
Planes. Both of them. Just why? Why are they even a thing.

20.) Favorite Sequel
Beauty and the Beast; The Enchanted Christmas. I watched it a few times over Christmas and I’m actually in love with it.

21.) Overrated Movie
Frozen is clearly the most obvious choice here. And yeah, I agree… I’m pretty done with it. But also Cars. It’s not overrated in the Frozen way, but in the way that why is there still so much merch and stuff in the parks?

22.) Underrated Movie
I actually made a blog post about my favourite underrated Disney movies and I still stand by all my choices. You can read about them all here.

23.) Movie That Makes You Laugh
The Emperor’s New Groove is without a doubt one of the funniest Disney movies ever made. It’s so funny. My sister and I still quote it to this day. All the characters have great lines and it’s one that I feature in my underrated movies list because I just think it’s that good!

24.) Movie That Makes You Cry
Better question what Disney movie doesn’t make me cry? I took my daughter to see The Good Dinosaur and I was sobbing at two points in that movie. And at the end. It’s just a standard thing for me.

25.) The Saddest Scene From Your Favorite Movie
Again, so hard to choose. But the one that sticks out for me is the end of Toy Story 3 when Andy is passing on his toys to Bonnie. I grew up with Toy Story and at that point that was supposed to be us saying goodbye too (as there was no mention of a forth movie). I’m not even a crazy huge Toy Story fan but it was poignant to say the least. But I find sad scenes in basically all Disney movies.

26.) Saddest Death
Ellie in Up! The first time I watched it I was actually heart broken due to being such a hopeless romantic. It’s terrible but I’ve become a little numb to parents dying in Disney movies but with Ellie the whole back story of not having kids and their adventure. I’m getting choked up just thinking about it.

27.) Favorite Quote
I found this one hard too, there are just so many memorable quotes from Disney movies that it makes me struggle to pick one! But have, and I’m going for one that means a lot to me.

“No I won’t stop. For every minute for the rest of my life, I will fight”

It’s from Tangled and it means a lot to me. I watched Tangled for the first time as a new mum in an abusive relationship. I felt alone and I felt trapped and I was almost ready to give up. But I didn’t because I had reason not to. I had reason to fight. I remember sitting in the solicitors office crying because of how much everything was destorying me and I remember saying this very line. I fought for freedom from him, and I fought to give my little girl the life she deserves. This line means everything and it’s just one of the many reasons I love Rapunzel.

28.) Favorite Theme Park
Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World. I stand at the end of Main Street USA and look up at Cinderella Castle and everything is just right, to now quote Dory from Finding Nemo “I look at you and I’m home.” No where else in the world gives me that sense of belonging.

29.) Favorite Theme Attraction
So so hard but probably Peter Pan’s Flight. I’m a little distraught it’s currently closed at DLP though!

30.) Favorite Theme Park Show
Fantasmic. I swear I cry right the way through it. As soon as the music starts i’m taken right back to my childhood. Watching it with LM is everything. I plan on seeing it at least every week in March.

So I failed on the 5 minutes point. More so because my laptop is slowly dying but also because I can never just do one word answers. I’m not tagging anyone to do it but if you do decide to do it please leave your link here or tweet it to me. I love reading other people’s answers!

I’m really glad I wasn’t the only one to fail the 5 minutes hahaha! I loved your answers, I love the Dream Along with Mickey show, I watch it on YouTube more times than I want to admit hahaha! I’m desperate to go back to DLP, I haven’t been in over 5 years but I think I’m going to wait until they reopen a lot of the rides, I can’t imagine not doing Peter Pan’s flight or big thunder mountain!
