Yesterday I was trying to pack for my weekend in Paris and I basically tore everything out my wardrobe and dumped it on the floor. I’m a new low when it comes to body image, I feel frumpy and basically look like a slug. Everything I tried on felt tight and didn’t hang right. I then went downstairs and threw out all the bad for you foods. When I’m back from Paris I will be putting my all into getting back to a shape I’m happy with. On top of that we’ll be coming up to the 100 day mark before heading back to Florida. Once again I was so unsatisfied with all photos of me and since this could be our last big holiday for a while, I really want to make the most of it. I know at this time of year with holidays fast approaching a lot of people are feeling the same. Available in block sessions of 10 or 20 sessions, the 30 Minute Fat Blast is designed for rapid weight loss and improvement of general fitness. It’s a high intensity work out that is targeted at those with a busy schedule. As a single parent, this is right up my street as trying to fit in a work out around Little Miss is hard work (it’s why running lasted a week in I’m honest!) You can see a different after a few sessions as it’s so intense. In a private studio your personal trainer will help you achieve your goals.
6 & 12 Weeks Transformation Programs
Both the 6 & 12 weeks transformations are 1 to 1 with a personal trainer and these are tailored to your own specific goals. For me this would be weight loss and toning up my post baby body, but you could use them to bulk up or to attain a higher level of fitness. The 6 week transformation program offers you 3 to 4 one hour sessions per week over a 6 weeks basis, along with this you get a nutrition consultation and a diet plan to help you achieve your goal. The 12 week transformation program again is available in 3 or 4 one to one sessions per week but spread over a 12 week basis. It offers the same nutritional help as the 6 week plan the only difference is you have 6 more weeks with your personal trainer to help you achieve your goals. If you have more time to spread your fitness or weightloss over then these fantastic transformation programs are for you.
Group Personal Training
If one to one personal training isn’t for you for whatever reason (me, I’d probably feel a little self concious in the beginning although personal training is proven to give better results), Right Path Fitness also offer group personal training sessions in the form of small group classes. There will be no more than 3 people in your class at one time so you will still get the time and benefits of a personal trainer but at a fraction of the cost. Not only that but you can set up a group with your friends which is a great way to spur one another on and can really help you strive to achieve your goals.
