    I’ve been sugar free for over 6 years and apart from my blood sugar level coming down, I’ve not noticed any of the other changes. Mind you I’ve always had good skin, so there wasn’t any chance of improvement there, but I’ve been surprised at how little weight I’ve lost. I’m still overweight and sluggish.
